MABWorks: Reaching the Community One Hand at a Time

MABWorks is MAB Community Services’ vocational training program. We train and employ adults and adolescents with disabilities. Our business and training center is located in Watertown, Mass. We provide a variety of mailing, packaging, and shredding services for small businesses. We also sell hand-crafted greeting cards.Businesses: Click Here to contact MABWorks about a mailing or packaging job.

Businesses can hire our workers to perform specific jobs at their locations. We are always looking to develop partnerships with community employers, especially in (but not limited to) Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Watertown and Waltham.

MABWorks offers a quality-oriented workforce dedicated to friendly customer service. Our workers perform contracted work, earning competitive wages and learning to complete jobs independently. A supervisor ensures strict quality control on each job. We are a nonprofit with low operating costs, which enables us to pass on significant savings to you.
