$100 enables five Ivy Street School students to attend a culinary arts class. Life skills such as cooking and grocery shopping prepare students who have suffered brain injuries for life in the community.
|
$500 provides five home visits by a rehabilitation specialist who can teach an elder the adaptive strategies necessary to live safely and independently, and continue the activities they enjoy. |
 $1,000 allows MAB to recruit 10 volunteers who will provide weekly visits to an adult who is blind or visually impaired. Volunteers help with a variety of tasks, including reading, shopping, and clerical work. |
