Employment Descriptions
(Denby Road, Allston)
Full-time 40 hours Mon-Fri (8 am-4 pm)
Responsibilities include: direct care, case management as assigned, implementation of day habilitation service plans, and running daily therapeutic groups. Must be able to follow PT, OT, SLP, mobility and behavioral plans.
*First Aid and CPR certs required. Position includes frequent lifting, transfers, and driving. Spanish language skills preferred.
Watertown
40 hours: Mon–Fri (9 am-5 pm)
To oversee and participate in management of supports provided to individual in their homes, supervise Residence Coordinators. BA or BS in Psychology or Social Work required.
(Full-time 40 hours Mon–Fri: 8 am–4 pm)
Work in the classroom and Culinary Arts program under the supervision of the classroom teacher. Includes planning lessons and activities, implementing behavior management plans and providing crisis intervention. BA or one to two years related experience, good communication and problem solving skills. This position requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
