Ivy Jobs

Vocational training is a critical part of the Ivy Street School curriculum and is integrated into each student’s education plan. Our goal is to instill each student with the ethic and skills of work, in preparation for meaningful, community based employment as adults. The Ivy Jobs program coordinates with MAB’s larger Vocational Program and with numerous community partners who provide volunteer opportunities, internships, and paid work for our students. We help each student explore their dreams, set goals, and build skills as they progress through the curriculum from on-campus training to community jobs.

"I can see now that recovering from a brain injury is very challenging, and at times seems impossible. It took a lot of hard work and understanding, by my doctors, parents, school, and most importantly, myself. I feel as though I have earned a gold medal in brain injury recovery."

- John
