MABHab is a day habilitation program serving adults who have a developmental disability, autism spectrum disorder, or brain injury that occurred before the age of 22. MABHab provides comprehensive clinical services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language therapy, in addition to full-time nursing and behavioral health support. Our interdisciplinary team provides an individualized plan of structured activities for each participant, helping them build the skills they need to reach their goals for independent living, self-help, communication, and socialization. Favorite activities such as cooking group, shopping at the local supermarket, or Zumba class at the Y help participants develop friendships and self-confidence.
- MABHab is a Monday-Friday program for Medicaid eligible individuals
- MABHab is accredited by CARF International
Referrals are made by an individual’s Department of Developmental Services or Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission service coordinator. We are always happy to speak with individual families or transition coordinators as they plan for the transition to adulthood.
